Bill Shirk – President/CEO

Bill & Cindy Shirk acquired Direct2Builders in June of 2008.  Mr. Shirk is a senior business professional with greater than twenty five years of diversified experience in the Technology and Outsourcing Services marketplace (both Business Process Outsourcing - BPO and Information Technology Outsourcing - ITO).  His areas of expertise with BPO include Supply Chain Management, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Call Centers.  He has performed within ever increasing levels of complexity and responsibility in the management areas of Finance and Accounting, Business Development and Sales for firms that range in size from Venture backed start ups to the Fortune 50 and include Texas Instruments, Digital Equipment Corporation, IBM, Perot Systems, Sabre, Deloitte Consulting and Gartner Consulting.  Prior to beginning his business career Mr. Shirk spent five years as a Radar Officer in the Marine Corps.  He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of North Texas.

Cindy Shirk – Senior Vice President/Treasurer

As the majority owner of Direct2Builders, Cindy Shirk’s primary role is oversight of operations and treasury.  Ms. Shirk has 25 years of business experience in outsourcing and consulting with a focus on product management and distribution/supply chain management.  She has performed with increasing responsibilities at Buick Motor Division of GM, Texas Instruments, Deloitte Consulting, Perot System Corporation and ACS Inc.  She holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the University of North Texas.
